"Ask em for a freestyle, they say they'll be right back." Love that line, and it really speaks to the path that hip hop has been going these days; people say they hip hop, but when it comes to showing there style, they go and rehearse in a closet.

As for some comments on this track:
Russ's flow is decent; it's steady and his enunciation is crisp. The hook is so smooth! J-Solo brings a nice change up in tone, I like how he ends his verse. If I was to give ya'll some critique I'd say work on throwing in some more complex rhyme schemes and multi-syllable rhymes in there. A few of the adlibs seemed a bit off, example, "No MTV or radio" <- its panned to the left and when it cuts out, it drowns out the next line.
I love the beat; this is sampled from Rocky right? If it is, SICK! If not... its sick regardless! The drums were a bit too basic, but they served the purpose and drove the track steady.
