Hello, People of Newgrounds,

I, FaeryTaleAdventure have for you today a tribute to the late great Steven Paul Jobs (of Apple Inc.). After learning of his departure on the 5th of October, I didn't know what to do. I felt so shocked and disbelief befell me. It just sounded so sudden, though I knew he was fighting hard to stay well. But before his passing, he had left a legendary mark on the technological world that I thought was to be remembered forever.

He made his own rules, and it made Apple one of the best known companies of any type of its time! So, I pretty much went ahead and poured out my emotion into the song, then tinkered away with new ideas and such that I normally wouldn't think about.

There are some new firsts, and some almost new firsts for this production, including a full quality 320 kbps bitrate, variable bit rate encoding, and joint stereo! Then, I played around with some numbers in the instruments' settings song to help reflect some important things about Steve, like when he was born or the price he sold his first computer line for.

The end is of special note, for awhile, I knew in my mind that Steve had worked for Atari back in the day; little did I know that (according to Gamasutra) one of the games, if not, the only game that Steve helped manufacture was Pong! I chose to make use of one instrument per type (Drum kits, Tuned Percussion, Woodwinds, etc.), though I ended up with 20 instruments overall (the Peruvian Ocarina, which I hadn't used in a very long time accounted for 4 of them, as there are 4 different soundfonts of the instrument).

I had fun making this song, and hopefully Jobs, himself, is enjoying hearing this tribute from the heavens.

Even for Apple products, perfection is very difficult to achieve, so if there is some way I could better perfect this work, I'd love to hear from you, my good listener.
