Sir Reggie is informed that Sir Wellington is attempting to win the bid to host the esteemed Annual Floral Gala. Sir Reggie's shoe-in is compromised, but only until Sir Fappington devises a plot blackmail Sir Wellington with his niece's indiscretion abroad.
