This is a very nice song...
This piece is dedicated to everyone who has known love and lost it. I wrote this during a period of just such a time. It evokes the emotion of a freshly broken heart and reveals the dull ache from scars of long-lost love that was never meant to be. Beautiful and sad, yet somehow powerful and triumphant. Losing love can feel a little like dying when it happens, but later on in life you can look back objectively and wonder why you let such a thing crush your immortal soul so very much. Time moves forward again, and the possibility of love remains out there somewhere...waiting.
Sadly, this piece has some disappointing feedback from around 2:24-2:48 that is caused by a doleful clarinet. There is no way to fix this issue (believe me, I have tried), but I am aware of it. My hope is that it does not mar the overall beauty of the music too much.
This is a very nice song...
Thanks! That's very nice of you to say. :)
Very heartfelt
Very nie composition. Love the progression troughout the piece. I'm a sucker for piano so I'm imagining some great piano line to go with it. But really great work. Keep it up!
If you love piano, I hope that you'll check out some more of my submissions here. I use it in nearly everything I do at least a little. Thanks again for a great review!
Mmm...
Is it realy a coincidence? I just broke up with my girlfriend because of some stupid unrelated reason.
But now that everything is over and canno't be repeat, I can only wonder about "why did I just start everything?"
But as promised, I won't have any regret. I can't let myself saying such thing as "Oh my gaad, I just waste almost one year of my life!".
These were the most beautiful day of my life and I don't think I could forget them before some times.
This song's somehow healing my heart a little. There's indeed strong emotion within the music and they're striking my heart like an arrow.
Yet I'm just speechless listening to this.
The music is designed to speak directly to the heart in a way that mere words are woefully incapable. If it has done that for but a few, then it can be deemed a success. Even in the face of overwhelming grief, hope yet remains.
A year in which wisdom is gained through experience cannot be deemed as a waste.
interesting
a boy cheats on his girl and is discovered, she backhands him and looks to a brighter day even though the sadness still lingers she knows she will make it through
envisionment is a beautiful thing
I find it quite interesting that the boy is the transgressor within your tale. A rare perspective, indeed. Color me impressed.
I still have some more older compositions to submit, but I am taking my time with them. Nearly 60 submissions since the beginning of 2011 is going to make 2012+ seem rather spare by comparison. New ones are always in the works, as well. Check back periodically!
