Author Comments

A short piece for piano and two violins in G minor.

I agree with what other reviewers are saying. This piece not only shows great emotion, but also seems to tell a story.

Best piece in awhile I've head in awhile on NG, 5/5.

Beautiful, romantic, and thought-provoking.

This is a very nice song. I love how instrumentally, it tells a story. This is how I love to hear a song. I could see this being used in a movie or game. Keep up the great work on songs like this, and you will be on your way! This is a mystifying piece, with a very sad, humbled undertone. I love it. :D

Simply beautiful.

This piece has the expression that a lot of pieces don't seem to have. Ten, coming from a musician who submits in this genre. Keep up the good work!

i like this one alot better then your other song "ladybug" the two instruments flow together nicely...makes me think of someone sitting inside an old mansion while its raining outside

nicholasmetts responds:

Thanks for the review! Yeah I didnt expect ladybugs to go really well. I just started going to school at the University of Southern Mississippi, and I play in several classical saxophone ensembles. I really want to do a lot more work with saxophone quartets. Although, its seems like there arent very good sound samples for classical saxophone. At least not in finale. And I felt like moving on to something else so I ended up rushing the ending. Thanks for listening! I'm really glad you liked this piece because I put a lot more effort into it.
