The album starts off with the doctors and parents in the hospital. The piano represents the difference between mechanical and organic messages through the room. The song progresses with the boy falling further and further into his coma, and starts to question what is real and what is not. He then falls asleep to awaken within an Ominous Forest.

--Started working on my concept album. The story goes that there's a kid who is so sick that he goes into a coma and hallucinates this imaginary world where his allies fight against an evil and eventually loses. The allies represent his body fighting off the disease, and the evil is the disease. He dies, and end of story. I will eventually make a story to go along with it, but for now I'm going to focus on the music. The strings in this album represent the boy's imagination, and the synth represents his reality.--
