Our young heroin says her goodbyes to her mother and father. They are safe for the moment, until the enemy soldiers break the down the door and rush in for the kill. Mother and Father bravely hold off the invaders as older Brother hides his sister in a ship. She protests, wanting to help in the battle, but her brother tells her she is far more important than she knows. She watches through the window in horror as the enemy cuts down her father. Then her brother. And finally her mother is mortally wounded, falling to the ground. Their eyes meet as the enemy floods the room. Before she can even scream, her ship blasts from the hangar by some force out of her control... Her family's sacrifice has saved her life, but at the ultimate cost.
