Ocarina solo of Pallet Town [Pokemon Red/Blue]

A simple little piece of nostalgia.

I always founded this a sad song.... and on a ocarina, it just such a nature song or something :P.

I like it how you changed the octave at 0:33 - 34

I think I want to do this one too!

Nice cover

Sounds very nice for a cover on ocarina actually. Brings back good times of playing the first Pokemon game I ever got when I was real young. I think the only problems are are the same that remain as before which is sometimes it can be overly loud and some other times you hear static in the background as well. Aside from that it is a great ocarina cover.

Ocarina-Kid responds:

Thanks yet again for your kind words SCTE3, ah I've really gotta work on the volume (and that damn static) cheers for letting me know. Brings back good times indeed, back when things were simple and there weren't 40975734 different Pokemon ;) Thanks for the review!

Good but,

I think that this piece was a little too eerie for me. The way that the Ocarina made Pallet Town sound was, in lack of a term, creepy. I mean one instrument playing a joyous tune with a small echo is a bit unnerving. That being said, I do like that it did sound like Pallet Town. The entire piece felt well played. And you seemed to have worked hard on it.
All in all, I'm creeped out by the music, But it's still good none the less.

Now that you mention it, it does sound a little freaky-deaky! I was totally oblivious to the fact haha. Thanks a lot for the review, sorry for creeping you out dude ;)
