Easy Listening - Classical

Author Comments

Thank to S3C very very much for the suggestion with Symphonic Choirs.

Sad and dark melodies with strings, choirs and some chromatic percussion.

This is the soft version. I'm making a hard version with drums and faster pace.

Comment either you like it or not, I just want people to critic me or give a specific reason why you zero-bomb me. Thanks!!!

Although it took me quite half a day to make 12 layers of basic ah, eh, eeh, ooh, em verses with WordBuilder plus another 2 hours for constructing the equalization level (SC sounds are fucking fat, even with Kontakt I couldn't fix them); I finally get SC to work properly with WordBuilder first time in 5 months, fucking unbelievable.

Soprano, tenor and serene. A lot of cut-off/mixing with LFO.

Very Nice

You did this with symphonic choirs??!??!

Wow. Just, wow. Wordbuilder is a bitch to use, I just use the "ohs" and the "ahs" usually. Huge props, man.

If I know other good library sample than SC I wouldn't use it.

I need to regularly check in on your stuff.

This is a phenominal piece, simply put. Powerful, yet soft, it's a special piece that conjures up a lot of emotion. There are many strong mental images it's planting in my head; from a burning Medieval village, to an outcast angel falling from the sky.

Really stellar job on this one.

I've said this before elsewhere but...

I really love this. Vocal layering is my favourite style, and this one sounds very Enya-esque. Captivated me on my first listen. Great job!

........... O:

Did I just hear the lamentations of angels from above the stars? Do they mourn the death of a God? That's what I believe I am hearing in this piece. The weeping of an angelic choir as they lament the death of their holy Deity.

Agitat0r responds:

Honestly I don't really know what is the right feeling when composed this song. Could be about mourning dead person (more like it), or about a lonely person...

I just have somewhat good sense of writing sad songs. But in the end I usually can't come up with a decent title.

Thanks a lot for your expressions. :)
