I remastered this song from late December 2010, bringing out the lead synth more.

The kick and subkick roll in the beginning is really nice. I would opt for a more house-like clap. Ironically, something like this would sound very good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toqmn2 VqzaA. (for the clap/snare). What types of synths are you using? I think it would help a lot to check out some tutorials, and if your in for getting new synths, try out sylenth1. Here is a great example (tutorial) that shows what types of sounds you can make: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPi3M-
fgbKI. Around 4:00 I can really feel the melody, and the type of potential you have, so I would really just work on your sound design to really bring out the melody nicely. Hope this helps! Good luck with your work.

Thanks for the review! Sorry for the late response, I've been busy lately. And the synth I used for the percussion comes in a kit, and the clap was part of the kick. My program doesn't have many good kicks, but I'll be sure to check out the links you gave me when I find the time! I'm also glad that you noticed the subkick roll, which is essentially a bassline in itself, haha.
