Just having a bit of fun. A more melody-focused track.

Wooooow

The intro is a bit long, but the solo at 1:37 is just orgasmic
Love the overall feeling!

Keep up the good work SBB

Nice

Spirited!

A thoroughly enjoyable experience! I think the title rather apt..the track carries a sort of carefree ballroom feel. I love it! It has spirit, vibe, feel, jig, life, brovado, etc., etc.! :)
I've enjoyed your other tracks as well; I'd hoped this one would do them justice, and you, my friend, do not disappoint!

Impressive!

I was hooked right from the beginning. As soon as 0:46 I fell in love. This chill, laid-back jazz is quite a nice change from the generic techno/dubstep I'm usually listening to in the AP. :)

I thought the drumming was exceptional and the lead was very nicely done. The final product sounds quite professional as well. Overall, amazing work!

My review, your song.

Right from the intro it sounds like there's white noise with a phaser on it playing at like 10% volume. I don't know if its on the organ and you have the wet settings low and the dry pass through full but it sounds like bad droning filler to me.

0:43 things pickup, I wasn't terribly fond of the beginning. Bass balance with the organ is well spaced out and the playing between the two works really well.

I find the acoustical aspects of the instruments don't quite fit one another. The bass sounds distant but reverbless, percussions reverbed, organ sounds dry. In my head this doesn't take place in an environment that exists (yea I know it doesn't), but creating the illusion of such I think is a good thing to strive for. At 3:17 because of the introduction of more reverbed drums it sort of glosses the other instruments over a bit and to me, hides their lack of an acoustical environment in a way that makes the rest sound more credibly real. I think it would just be a few small tweaks mix wise on the song to get what I'm thinking of. I'm having troubles making this make sense, sooo hopefully you get what I'm saying here. I'll yammer on in PM if need be.

Instruments are all panned center. 5-10% left/right would help out with the environments fulfilling with very soft room reverb which would be somewhat central sounding itself, stopping the song from seeming to bounce left and right if the instruments were 10-20% apart from one another.

I think the volume on the rim shots / drum stick clacks could be louder.

I like the song, I think you've done well with making a very upbeat non-obnoxious jazzy-lounge piece.

While I don't expect you to make these changes to this song, for future songs to come that are not electronic in nature, be sure to give a listen over to instruments and consider how they would be placed or sound in a physical setup and do your best to emulate it digitally.
