Ive been playing this song of mine for almost a year now, and yet the only version that is online is the horrible version that I made a while ago that has an overly distorted guitar and far too many instruments competing for the center sound, and the vocals in the original were just appalling...

So today I set out to remake the song that I composed but compose it in a way that really shows my real feelings towards the direction we as a human race living on this world are heading.

We are a virus that does nothing but take whatever we want from the world, mostly out of greed.
I couldn't think of a more injustice thought than that alone, this is the only planet we have and it will die if we keep raping it, let's actually give something back to our only home so we can continue living on it for generations to come.

:ABOUT THE SONG:--------------------
This song only took me about 5-6 hours to compose from start to finish, and all in one session that was broken up by many smoko-breaks and other things.

the most noticable thing about this song is that it is gravely out of time, this is due to my piano playing methods, I find it hard to express true feeling in a song when it is stuck in one particular tempo, so for the first time ever in all of my composed songs (except perhaps 1 other) I composed this directly from controller to FLS without a metronome and without quantizing anything!

The sound quality of the vocals are really poor due to the fact that I'm singing in my bedroom which is situated in a house full of people and animals that make noise, ontop of that I dont actually have a real microphone, in fact, I used my Logitech G35 gaming headphones to record the vocals and tried my best to clean them up a bit to remove any noise that was captured and wasnt intended.

Lastly, the style in which i edited the vocals, I used a mixture of Newtone and Pitcher to correct the pitch of the vocals that come in at the higher register halfway into the song, this was to create an almost robotic sounding vocalist that would accompany myself.
and to a much lesser extent I used Newtone to do some very slight correction on some of the regular vocals, naturally I do alot of vibrato and some of the time, It's alright but i often do way too much, so I use Newtone to dome it down a little, also some of my notes were very slightly off so I corrected them too.

I hope you enjoy my new song which sounds completely different from the original.
