I always feel like part of me has died when I come across things like this. I grew up playing ultima and I started playing UO at the official release. I played from the 97 release until 2009? Was a 12 YEAR RUN for me. I played Lake Superior from around the end of 97 or beginning of 98 until I finally quit. The game had become something entirely different than what I began playing in 97. At one point in time I had been playing UO for half of the total time I had been alive. I doubt many people can say that.
The memories are bittersweet to say the least. If you ask me when the game experience began to decline I would personally have to say when they released T2A the first expansion. Many would argue that the introduction of trammel was the tipping point. I disagree because the first time they added new content the game was never the same again. The first expansion brought with it the first wave of major changes that eventually lead to the state the game is in today.
WOW, awesome job , I always use this song now when am working thanks a lot ! sir !
there is no song besides in all of gaming except for maybe your edition of rosa's symphony that tugs at my soul more. Ultima online was way more than a game, it was an experience. Thanks so much for this masterpiece
Well thank you for saying so! Yes this game was my end-all of online gaming. Nothing will come close to the golden days of UO. Thanks for dropping by :)
Played this game for over 10 years. Still the best mmorpg thats ever been made in my eyes. World of asscraft can go suck it.
I really like the guitarsound. With some better mastering and you got a killer.
I would agree entirely, the best online game to date. I played this game for about 6 years and feel lost in any other games that come along. There is no chemistry with the players on anything else. I wish the magic could return with some new game. I feel lost without a MMORPG nowadays. Thanks for dropping by and leaving a review. :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
