The wobble is repetitive, but the wobble is what adds stability to the beat, blends very nicely with the rest of the synth and the backdrop. The only thing wrong, in my opinion, is it wasn't long enough, well worth more than 2 minutes.
I really appreciate the criticism. At the time I made this, I had almost no idea what I was doing and making wobbles and tones in my synth was an incredibly confusing and time consuming process. The repetitive wobble is essentially the result of me overusing a resource because I had no idea what I was doing. Although I am extremely glad you enjoyed it. Thanks a bunch!
It seemed a bit repetitive to me. The wobble tones were nearly the same throughout the whole song, it seemed. If you varied your tones a bit more in your drops, I think it would have been very cool. Not saying it wasn't cool. I would never be able to make songs like this, so kudos to you, man, but try mixing it up a bit more.
Again, I was overusing what I had because making new tones and wobbles was something I had still had very little grasp over when I made this. The ones featured in the songs are the results of hours of trial and error rather than technical knowhow. Thankfully, now I have a better idea of what I'm doing now and it's not nearly as much of a problem. I really really really appreciate the criticism and I'm glad you liked it!
This must be the one...
This must be the greatest dubstep song i ever heard! Awsome work!
Holy shit, thanks man! That's probably the highest compliment I could have received! I appreciate it greatly.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
