This has kind of an artificial feel to it but when I saw this was a sample battle I found it excusable. This is very impressive for what it is. It carries a mood and a really dope beat. Boosting the bass on some of the samples might have given this more punch but otherwise this is a success.

This is my submission to the NG Sample Battle 2011.
It starts out chill, then turns funky, then chill again, then funky again. mya
The biggest pain in the ass about this song was having everything be the right pitch. Let me know what you all think, and heres the different songs i used:

Damn, this is nice.
This has some bounce and flows nicely. I do like the first half of the song better then the second, but everything is still mixed and mastered on a pro level.
Isaac Hayes... step aside
If I ever hear of somebody filming a blaxploitation, I may have to threaten them with violence if they don't use this as the hero's theme. This makes me want to drive a '77 buick electra and call everybody a jive turkey while I shake the scene. LOVE IT.
