Generic Crappy Dance Song

Author Comments

Finished version of my previously uploaded song. This song is meant to sound like every other generic dance song I've heard on this site.

A bunch of stuff has been edited, moved around, changed up, and tweaked for this version. Enjoy!

even though its crappy its still grood :)

EricFreeman responds:

Crappy as in generic, not bad, lulz

Very generic

I can see how this is generic since it starts out with that same drum beat as always in almost any dance song. Then you added in a light xylophone playing. Lastly you take it up a notch by lastly adding in bass and a synth line to make this song whole and complete. It sounds cool I guess.

Overall, generic and nothing more. :-(

EricFreeman responds:

My two "Generic Crappy <blank> Song" were experiments. I made songs just like I normally do and instead of leaving it at that, I said they were crappy and generic. Thus I noticed the review scores were much lower, but the normal score was normal.

From now on I will say my music is a work of art in the author comments and watch my review scores skyrocket :P

Bad opening

That initial thumping opener? It sounds like someone banging your skull in with a hammer. Once the rest of the music joins it becomes more bareable but that intitial few seconds is not enjoyable and will make people not listen to the rest.

EricFreeman responds:

What a coincidence, the first 30 seconds were supposed to give the visual of being hit in the head by a hammer. Obviously I have succeeded.
