"Aikaishiro" is the second video game inspired composition by Matt Hampson of Final Round. It started with the harpsichord intro melody and built upon itself much the same way the song progresses. Each note and beat in the song was mapped entirely by hand with a MIDI synthesizer.
Final Round is a real rock band that plays near Chicago, IL, so check out our full band recordings on our profile, too!
(Despite the icon, this song has nothing to do with Castle Crashers. We just felt it was appropriate to show tribute to a game that's very much like the kinds of games this song was inspired by.)
