This is a theme from the fourth level of the platform game Uppercase of Emergency.
After helping the people in the town from the previous level the protagonist enters a forest. The first half of the forest is a nice and peaceful place with nice and harmless animals. This theme pretty much the first thing that came into my mind when I saw the level.
