This is a theme from the second level of the platform game Uppercase of Emergency.
After finding a magical typewriter in the libarary's storage room the protagonist is teleported into some some weird world with huge letters everywhere. The first area is a very friendly and rather safe place constisting solely of nice green meadows. It's quite obvious why I went for this kind of orchestral theme which most likely reminds you of cute little bunnies.
