This is one of three motifs from the first level in the platform game Uppercase of Emergency.
On his way to the library the protagonist is being seen by three bullies with bikes. When they approach him he begins running for his life. I reused the jazzy arrangement and let it play a more hectic theme but didn't make it too serious.
