V Good background music
Rhythm, symths, beat+ all good. But I can't hear the bass! Where is it??
Of course I can hear it, but giving him a bit more balls wouldn't harm anyone :=)
I made this while have a play around with some different techniques, its not too bad so I thought id share with all the good people at NG.
I was planning on doing more with it but some of the plugins I used where very high load on my pc and I basically couldnt do much after a while because I ran out of memory and this is the level I got it to before it became too painful to expand on....I need more RAM!!!....
Anyways let me know what you think and if you have any constructive critisim its always welcomed!

Thanks for the feed back mate,
I agree more bass usually = GOOD
I will pay more attention to the bass on my next track a little more closely.
Cheers!
AWESOME!
I love the lead synth in this. How'd you make it? All the parts of this song fit really well together I found it very fun to listen to. Oh and if you want to lower CP usage the most do this: Disable inactive plugins, turn on Tools > Macros > Switch smart disable for all plugins. This turns off effects & instruments when they are not in use and so decreases CPU usage significantly. I noticed that you've been working for six months now, which its the same for me! I started learning music six months ago and thats when I started working on my album Perfect Timeline. Maybe you'd like to join us? I would like to have someone I can collab with in random songs in the album and that's at the same level as me :D
Hey mate!
The response is in the mail ;)
mysterious
this audio is full of character its kind of calm but interesting like something floating in the air or space.
Thank you for your review, it does have some interesting filters and effects in this track ;)
Honestly, Dance music bores me
This isn't too bad, you have different elements that keeps it from completely loosing my interest.
I love the different effects and little things that come into place.
I do get a nagging tired feeling....Hey, I should listen to this kinda stuff before bed.
Excuse me, I'm going to assume you're using fruity loops again. What you can do for saving CPU is press the shortcut F10, go to the Audio tab on the left side and turn the settings to Use 32Bit buffer only, place the buffer length to about 976 samples(23~24ms) and turn priority down, make sure Safe overloads is turned on.
Turning down the priority will make it not sound as good while playing in fruityloops, and if that doesn't help you can play with the buffer settings to make it operational while the sound quality decreases.
You can change them back after finishing the song, preventing CPU overload.
If you're not using FLs, the general idea for cpu saving is the same.
Hahaha, thanks for the review mate, espically considering you dont really like the genre.
and your presumtion is correct, I do compose in FL9, I have only really been using it for about 6 months intermittently and am always trying to learn new techniques and also my way around the program its self.
Also I really appreciate the info on the system proformance because that will really come in handy ;)
Thanks again for the feedback mate!
Much appreciated!
cool
nice job! i like it a lot. :)
