Another one of my n00b works from 2009, redesigned and remastered. It originally had an "opportunity" variant like the boss fite theme I have up here, but didn't really feel that it helped with the intro, so I omitted it, and just relooped a segment of the song, to compensate.

How am I doing? Lemme know.

Techno?

Definitely has potential, but for a Techno Battle? I don't think it works. To sloww. It could have a nice dubstep mix though. I liked the reverb- it is different. But the lead you chose doesn't mix with the bass in my mind.

It does have a jazzy feel, and I like it, but I don't think it fits with the title at all. I was looking for something to be fast, upbeat, energetic. A battle between two techno artists or a battle engrossed with various beats and melodies instead of something laid back and mello.

Either way, for what was done, it was done well. :P
I do like, and I could listen to that bass for hours on end. :3
Also, it was mastered well.

Not exactly what I meant by a "battle". I meant a battle as in like a battle between characters and fiends in a game, like an RPG or something.

Thanks for your thoughts; It's good to know I'm improving on my audio mastering skills (a boatload of trial and error, tbh). I like the bass too.

I think your doing pretty well mate,
One thing it sounded like you had a reverb style effect over your master track wich made it sound like its being proformed in a massive inclosed arena and were sitting in the back room ;)
other than that nice work, and it almost has a jazzy sort of feel to it

Well I can tell you one thing, I'm "reverb-phillic", it's one way I've decided to stand out among the other musicians here and anywhere. If my unique recipie of reverb and echo isn't in the mix, 9 times out of 10 I didn't create it. Thanks for reviewing! Also nice to know it has a bit of a jazzy feel to it, I'm always open to trying out experiments of merging different genres.
