Haha,
this is pretty awesome
Hi guys!
This is probably the 52th remake of Chaoz Fantasy here on Newgrounds.
But hey, an orchestral version is something new, isn't it?
I just made this for you, dear newgroundians. I hope you like it!
Original song: ParagonX9 - Chaoz Fantasy

ok here me out
i play in 3 different orchestras so please take my advise
ok your orchestral sounds srry to be hating but could sound a bit more realistic but hey if this is what you were going then fine but thats just one thought
my other problem is your instruments are hitting too hard the only instruments that can really hit the way your makeing them over and over are the trumpet cello flute and piccilo for moving notes like those let all your other instruments ease into it a bit more some of the stuff your pumping out would kill some profesionals (not literally) in the future please keep these things in mind i believe you have a lot of potential im only trying to help by giving you the opinion of an actual orcheasta player (i play double bass :D) from the bottom of my heart if you make anything else pm me id love to listen to it
Thanks for your review!
To be honest, I only used some presets which came with Logic and Nexus for the orchestra. And you're right, I'd better keep some variation in the velocity of the notes. Thanks, I'll keep this in mind when I'm making something new.
I'm sorry I killed you :(
Little heavy on the cymbals
You did a great job with this, two things and it can be perfect.
1 The cymbals, just cut back on them, or switch it up with a snare or something.
2 The main intro instrument, (a trumpet maybe) it delayed a little bit before it played and it sounded a little weird. If you make it cut in quicker it would go with the song a bit better and would be a 10.
Great job overall,
Omega
Nicely done
Yes, I believe this is the first orchestral remake of this epic track, so kudos! On the most part, it flowed well, the harmonies extract the same emotions as the original and it's still beautiful to listen to. However, I gave 9 because the cymbals are driving me crazy, the almost detract from the piece and sometimes cause issues when you're trying to follow it. Less cymbals and my full 10 is yours, my man.
Hmm Yes, thats right... less prominent cybals next time!
Thanks for your review.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
