sometimes it felt a bit off, but overall, very good.
but i was thinking _-=[requiem of darkness]=-_ would be a more fitting title.

I don't know if this helps or not...

If you want to hold a cube of water in your hand, you must first freeze it. This song may not be one of my favorites, but it is definitely well done. And I am also awaiting the completed version. :) good luck in the future :D

perfection is not far off.

in response to the review you gave to the reviewer i can hardly wait to see the improved version of this piece! however you are right that you must master the different elements when it comes to making music of this cailber. only then can you truly make a piece that capture the aura of "perfection".

MaestroSorrow responds:

you seem to understand what I am after. For sure I am always trying to find this air of perfection, this feeling of the ultimate melody.

But I fear I am searching for the impossible, for you cannot create something perfect from a mediem that cannot be evaluated, or strictly held in formation.

How does one hold a cube of water in their hands?

Thanks for the review ^^.

What an unusual piece!

The opening sequence took me all the way back to Dance Machine 2000... and instantly changed into something spectacular. Always gotta love the melody, which you have excellent control of... and the snares, oh the snares! They added so much depth to the piece it was almost maddening. Such a mesmerizing way to combine relatively simple elements into a wonderful creation - I am truly humbled.

MaestroSorrow responds:

I am glad you liked it, the snares in here I do plan to use again and refine in some other songs. I am quite attached to them myself.

This song hasn't seen half the plans I want to bestow on it, but first, I must master the other elements, before I give it life again.

Many thanks for the review ^^
