Debussy-influenced. I composed it but had to let someone else play it

Über cool!
Nice tune man! Sounds very professional. I can hear the influence. Definately fived!
Thanks, that's good to hear from someone like you!
This, is great
I am a HUGE fan of Debussy, I love that jazzy-classical style of music; especially this song. This song sounds pretty original, but I don't think that it is long enough personally. There were some great thoughts, but you need to elaborate a little more - if you know what I mean. I'm not saying that it's not good how it is, i would just prefer a little more, that's all.
But otherwise, great work. I've listened to a lot of your other stuff, and have to admit, you have to have a lot of talent to compose with such variety, as you have.

Thanks for your review!
I disagree on the length... but that's probably because it was made in a context. I did a performance and had to have a short piece of about a minute, in three parts:
- Preparing to leave a place where you don't belong
- The exit itself (the 'swipe' part)
- Disappearing into the place where you do belong (the fading chords at the end)
If I ever write a sonata or something, I might include this though, and then it would have to be a bit longer.
And thanks for the compliment in the last paragraph. It's always good to find some mutual respect here!
Cheers!
Unique
I like this very sporadic in a sense. Love that 7th? chord with the left hand.

I think I know which one you mean :)
