Slow and steady. Almost kind of meditative in my opinion. Just close your eyes and let the flow of the song take you on a journey.

Enjoy :)

Sounds steady

Really liked the build up at the start, Kind of makes me think of a DJ pony for some strange reason as well. The way the beat just slowly comes cooked togehter is probably also great here to me. The way it just seems to repeat itself while other sounds will come in and spice it up to the full beat is awesome.

The drums sound a tiny bit of tune though, they sound good over all but maybe one double after the triple hit every time would be nice to do. The synth part in the middle was fairly nice and kind of felt ambient for a moment to me. The bass line seems very soft and good as well.

I have to say that overall, this is an excellent beat. Great job!!

I agree with the drums. They could use just a little more variety.

Thanks for reviewing :)

Slow and steady is right.

Man, this song is pretty good. You almost lost me with the intro, it got pretty repetitive, but right when it hit 1:18 the whole song turned around and I loved it. The drums came in and pulled everything together. You also have very emotional parts to this song, it's not very straightforward, which I love. If you wanted to improve this song the only thing that I could think of to do would be to shorten the intro. Great, great song. Downloaded.

I was a little experimental with this song. I wanted to try and make something that was meditative and in your face at the same time. I also wanted it to capture the feeling (for lack of a better word) of a heartbeat, hence the title "Pulse."

As for shortening the intro...hmm...possibly. I can see how you think its too long. I think its too long myself, but I really wanted to ease the listener into the steady flow of the song. I will consider it, though.

Thanks for the review! :D
