Electronic - Trance

Author Comments

This is a rather different Trance mix version of Corridors of Time from Chrono Trigger. It has a very surreal aspect to it, while still maintaining the integrity of the original. It's not really a huge departure, but it is unique...especially with the addition of a bass line.

don't listen to complaints

this is a great remix of something i've never heard, as far as the supposed volume issue its called people can just TURN UP THE VOLUME, people do it all the freaking time

People find this review helpful!
ChronoNomad responds:

Aw, now c'mon...that would be too easy! To be fair to Chronamut, my mastering skills weren't quite up to snuff yet at this point so it has a touch too much mid-range EQ, but thanks for standing up for the music! You rock! ^_^

hmmm interesting..

I also did a remix of this way back in the day - I think I just called it zeal somethnig or other though - my only beef with this is that the overall volume is just too low and too muted..

I do like the chill feel you tried to give to it though. More a "daily life in zeal" feel to it.

I like that transition sound you used to - felt very appropriate :)

so yeah... just work on improving your production and you'll be good to go :)

ChronoNomad responds:

Thanks a lot, Chronamut! I really appreciate the review, and I've been working on cranking out more recent submissions with an increased volume level for listening convenience. I'm not really sure why these ones came out so soft when I transferred them to a computer for mastering, honestly...but the issue seems to have righted itself. I especially like your "daily life in Zeal" comment; it just fits.
