A symphonic layering made to the track "Darkness In Me" by my friends band Closer.

Made as a tribute to an incredible band and a great bunch of guys.

Vocals: Andreas Melberg
Lead Guitars: Per Bergquist
Rythm Guitars: Jonas Skoog
Bass Guitars: Björn Ahlqvist
Drums & Percussion: Tobias Persson

and Symphonics and Orchestrals added by me.

Enjoy.

Edit: Fixed the bass guitar credit.

Edit 2: Hey, weekly #1. Thanks alot, computer overmind.

Final Edit: Just wanted to squeeze in the Closer myspace and facebook pages for y'all even though they're inactive at this time. Credits are credits though ;D

2 + 3 = Chair

The main riffs remind me of Symphony X and Dimmu Borgir; one of the later riffs had an Arch Enemy feel to them, smooth and buttery.

I may have listed a number of bands in which you have similar sounds, but don't take that as a bad thing. It's truly impossible not to sound like somebody in someway, but a song is the sum of it's parts, which together, sound like no one else. (Sorry if that sounds confusing) Tell your friends they are on the right path.

OMG!!!

Dude this is like epic beyond anything!

Metal, Symphonics and Orchestrals work is great!

Unsure about the lyrics though. Is there any where that lists the lyrics being sung?

Can't even find it with a google search on the original track.
