Haha this is great. You're a master at 8-bit for sure. Not many can do straight 8-bit this well, and you're definitely the best on Newgrounds.

Someone wanted 8-bit music for a game. I figured I'd get in the right mood for composing the genre by just toying around, when I liked what I'd toyed with, this was the result =D

Well, as this is the only track I've produced and not grown to despise after a week and a half, I'd bet it's one of my best. But the best 8-bit on NG? I wouldn't go close to that far! I'm absolutely thrilled you like it though!

This has some great potential for being featured in a retro-styled game.
Usually, 8-bit music is pretty minimalist due to past technical limitations - what we have here is some "surreal" chiptune polyphony, with various influences from contemporary and videogame music.
The snare sound leaves me a bit uncertain, although the rest is pretty dynamic and well-EQ'd.
