Nice

It indeed has a very RPG sound to it. Almost like the games area in Zelda: Ocarina of Time is what I'm picturing.

The instruments sound good, and the melody is just all over the place. This composition is far from boring to say the least.

The intro and outro were appropriate and sounded concise and to the point, but worked. I'm impressed with how well all the melodies blend together, considering how busy they sound. It actually does work and sounds like one coherent tune.

Great work here, keep it up.

Fun sounding

Kind of makes me think of those Victorian era anime movies and series. Has a real uptight and fun feel to it as well, really jazzy and fun. The accordion makes it sound very nice though. Haven't heard a song with one in it in a while either so that's just splendid I guess.

Kind of makes me feel a bit rushed but I was having fun in a city where there is a lot of water canals and people with Pokemon and that likes just enjoying the day. Song just makes you feel really good though, very cool I think.

The drums are great. Really loved the accordion breakdown though since it was nice sounding.

Overall, good piece of work, looking forward to more.

It sounds like you've got an accordion and a unidentifiable brass instrument playing in the upper registers, and a repeated rhythmic guitar in the low registers. Sounds very nice and 'full'.

--Listenability--
The use of accordion brings a certain French feel about it, though it might not be. I'm not sure if you are French or not, I'll check. I'm not sure, but the guy's named Jacques, so he's probably French. Anyway, it's very nice to listen to, except that it may be a bit too busy. I'm not sure if that's choice of sound, but minor complaint.

--Genius--
The genius is very evident here, but probably because it's another person's composition. But still, you transcribed it all over again by yourself, so I guess it's yours now :P It's marvelous and has a wonderful jubilant and complex feel about it. It's very... risque? I'm not sure, but it brings feelings inside of me that are good to bear.

--Flair--
You know a lot of good music. I'm not sure whether this is because you study music, or because you love listening to it. Come to think of it, it's definitely both. You are a man who loves his music and I enjoy hearing your compositions because they test the ability of my understanding. And I've played the piano for 15+ years :3

Perfect For an RPG / Animation

Immediately this song makes me think of an RPG town theme like the classic ones in Chrono Trigger, Mario RPG, and Final Fantasy. It sounds very carnivalish, mixed with a great sense of adventure. If not in n RPG, this would be great for an animation where a kid just goes crazy and rides everything at a fair while buying cotton candy, annoying the hell out of everybody, and starving for adventure. This is a very quirky little tune, and really is composed well with a good, solid structure. This reminds me that a song can be great even though it's not something you would buy on a CD. You should participate in some of the Game Jams going on man, youd be a wonderful addition to the audio team.
