Easy Listening - Classical

Author Comments

I wrote these compositions for a video game that was never finished based on the mass amount of work that was needed to give the game justice.

I had high ambition back than, and still do, i just knew when my battle was beat.

All the loops are very similar, for there was 4 divisions in the "original" concept of the game, in which would feel like just one large song. However i recognized about 6 months into the project that it was a bad design, and i completely scrapped that idea. I did not scrape too often throughout the creation of the game, but even scrapping once can lead to a failure of a video game, especially at such high ambition.

Here are the divisions for each loop.
0:00 - 0:47 (The navy approaches)
0:48 - 1:44 (Three brave pirates)
1:44 - 2:42 (The Baron approaches)
2:42 - 3:33 (Sailors all around. Yet, victorious.)

Hope you enjoy.

I'm very curious to know what the design problem was? Seems to me that each section could loop on itself (hard to loop it manually so I guess I can't say for sure), but the sections flow well enough into each other.

Seems like a "simple" solution is to write a big splashy ending and call it a song. Great stuff.
