It's a Remix from Bert Kaempfert's "Afrikaan Beat" which is also known as "De Indische Waterlelies" theme from "De Efteling".
That's alot of "names"... Ah well...

Enough with the serious shit, it's a happy dance track made in a few weeks in December 2010.
