I've got to say I really like how this turned out, if I might say so. Oddly shocking at first I put it on loop and walked away from it and found that as it echoed through my house it was strangely exhilarating and peaceful. It was almost a complete accident and stroke of chance that this came to being. These are two completely improvised flute parts not meant to work together but being lazy, I just recorded them onto the same file and hit mute while I recorded the next one. Curiosity peaking, I hit play and found that some of it really worked together, like syncopated parts matching, rests working together...interesting but I would completely understand if it's not many people's taste. Still, definitely going to try this again some time!
