A fast-paced Pianocore remix of the epic "final battle theme" from Super Mario 64.

Original by Koji Kondo.

Enjoy. And don't forget to leave a review.

EDIT 6/10/11: Adjusted EQ settings and remastered overall.

It just sounds so.....goooood! Piano is right and the beat isn't over powering but adds another sense of urgency that you get when fighting this boss. Brilliantly done. P.s, I still have a lot of your stuff to get through, you'll soon be seeing my name in your dreams...

Have a good day. :D

viewtifulday responds:

Haha I can't even listen to my old stuff just because it's so bad, but thanks anyway

I must say, that sir, you are the king of piano in music on newgrounds. It's amazing how you incorporate it in all the songs you use it in. :)
Hence, I have decided to listen to, rate, and review all your music.
You will get more reviews from me, for sure. :)

viewtifulday responds:

Haha this is an old song, but thank you! You're awesome

Very Well Done

This sounds like a boss battle theme when Bowser goes crazy and turns into a puzzle-Esq freak.
This is food to my ears. The piano makes the song good and gives it quite the tempo for moving your head or for when you're hyper. Again, great song!

Thanks for the review!

I am always amazed by wondrous piano playing. It's a gift. I had lessons when I was much younger (24 now) but I ditched them. Though I know how to read sheet music, I prefer to fiddle around and play by ear picking out melodies. Then I run into tracks I enjoy that have -actual- pianists playing melody and harmony simultaneously and I stand in awe of better men (and women).

Any chance that I could talk you into a solo piano version?
I like it as is, but I think about all the ambient tricks that the source material begs for.

viewtifulday responds:

Haha, this would take a while to learn on a real piano, but I think I could do it...maybe. :D

Cool song

Hey, looks like everyone forgot to leave a review.

It's a really nice song. I like the fast paced piano and the heavy beat is also very nice. Overall, I can't think of any flaws. Very nice work !

viewtifulday responds:

Haha, looks like it. :D

Thanks for the feedback!
