Electronic - Industrial

Author Comments

Hey everyone, this is the finished and better version of The Machines. this is my first attempt at an industrial song and i tried to make it sound just that. a metallic, dirty, factory, machinist thing. i dont know if i'll add any more to it, im debating that. so review and vote please, and thanks for listening :)
oh and if you zero bomb, like all of my songs have been zero bombed, just tell me why and dont be annoying. please.

I know it does sound unfinished, and it kinda is, i just dont really know what direction to take it in right now.
And please listen to the whole thing before you vote. thanks :)

Something is missing

I agree with GreenShark4, some vocals would be great. In general this song reminds me a little of "Der Kommandant" by U96. They used shouted commands as vocals, something like that should work fine with this too.

Loved it

I think it's great and I love the evolution it takes throughout. I would definitely crank up those violin-sounding instruments a bit though! Amazing sound and note choice, and I think they should be more in the forefront of the sound.

DJ-Fr0stbite responds:

Yeah i know what you mean, however i thought that if i was going to put an emphasis on the machine part i should make the percussion and misc. sounds in more of the forefront to really bring out the gritty metallic feeling of it. thank you for the review :)

A little advice...

Maybe on the piano bit, have some sort of vocals, not nessecarily singing. Also, the last synth breakdown could be replaced with some melodic static and a bit of synth.

DJ-Fr0stbite responds:

yeah i was thinking of adding some sort of choir the the background of the piano part. thanks for the advice :)
