I loved the overall feel and rhythm of the guitar. Very nice. I think the backing drums were appropriate for the song but yeah you need to get a drummer who can wail on the bass pedals to give a really thik bottom sound. Also i loved the retro solo at the end. Very nice.
Yeah you need a band. Yeah, I know how hard it is to get a band together but you could make some good music.
Superb guitar work my friend. I'm guessing this is one of these things where a tune suddenly pops in your head and you just want to record it to see how good it sounds... Well, I am impressed - even more by the solo though, but the riffs are cool too.
I envy your awsome soloing skills!
Wow, Awesome man
Really loved the first 2 riffs, those were amazing. I also like the solo, but I thought that it sounded maybe a little weird in parts, like you hit the wrong fret or messed up or something (hey wayyyyy better than I could ever do). My suggestion is to get rid of the drum kit and get a real drummer to lay down some crazy fast stuff on that, it'd be awesome!
Yes, yes, yes...i've tried many times to get a real band formed, but it's been to no avail. I guess some people, unlike me, have lives that extend beyond music and video games. Anyway, I really appreciate your comments and I hope I can continue to do as well or better.
It's good stuff - but a few blenders:
The first riff (which was cool) ran too long at the start, and when it went into the second riff (guessing it was the chorus) and straight back into the first riff. Sorry, this constituted a 5 in diversity.
I must say your playing is excellent though - the solo kicks ass.
I give you a 8 in originality - because even though it is an awesome song, I hear too many riffs like that.
I give you a 9 in clarity because even though it was a bit muffled, I could still hear everything.
I gave you a 10 in effort, because of the awesome fucking solo.
This means a fat whopping ten overall!!
Cool fucken song.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
