Not bad, but not great.
It starts out with what is basically white noise on a note and holds it for too long with nothing to distract the ear. (Maybe cut it to 5 seconds instead of 10?) When you start adding other elements it picks up some appeal, but you still notice the background because now your ear is trained to it. Then it gets good -- but only for a little while. You hold other tones and then integrate them as background and they have the same problem as the first. It isn't necessarily a bad pattern for ambient, but if you added more complexity, a few more layers maybe, it could be great. :)
