When I listen to this one, I picture being lost and breathless somewhere in the middle of the Arctic Sea. Or maybe it's about a disastrous battle between ships during a storm.

I've been trying to pull off a real beautiful, evolving melody. And a beautiful evolving melody will come to those who wait and let the song build up.

I think this is the first time in a long while that I've done a straight 6/8 song.

Is it me, or did it suddenly get colder?

I seriously got the chills the entire time I was listening to this, and I don't know if it was the song itself or if the air conditioning suddenly broke.

It's a very relaxing track, and it brings up all sorts of imagery as well. Most, if not everything, seemingly related to water and ice one way or another. Everything flows so smoothly throughout the entire song, and even though the beat behind it probably could have had a little more variety, I thought about it a bit and there didn't really seem to be any reason to change it. It just fits so perfectly.

... and yep, my air conditioner is working fine. Listening to this just makes everything feel so... chilly! I'm going to listen to this when it starts to get really hot out here.

strange

it makes me think of a guy sinking into the sea at the beginning then waking up on an island and having fuzzy eyesight and then hearing a horn or somthinthen after he sees monsters attacking and he hides and then near the end he sees all the huts and stuff burning and everyone is dead and theres blood everywhere and then the fades away like dust ........... but thats just my messed up mind...sigh.

REVIEW:
Very nice indeed. This is a great song, extremely catchy,extremely calm and relaxing. Even though it was a bit bland in terms of instrumentation in some cases, especially in the background instruments, this song has everything you want in a song. The intro and outro were both great, with both packing just enough of a climax and an anticlimax respectively to make the flow of the song superb. Melodies were varied throughout, and in general there was a great sense of variety in most aspects of the song. Transitions were mostly smooth as heck, so no problems there. Drums are much better this time, as they got varied and original and yet managed to mantain a regular backdrop for the piece.So basically, the only thing i can complain about is the slight lack of depth, which ive already commented on before. Other than that, great song, loads of potential, keep it up!
