Enjoy this remix of the classic song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"

[A lot went into this one, so don't just "zero bomb" it without leaving a review]

-Nubby Cakums

Not too bad as you dont fail with the notes.
The piano could be better tho, the sample not the notes.
I imagine you use fl studio, please "buy" some new percussions as these sounds like the first set of drums that presents to you.
The lead could be more interesting other then the arp'y thing you got going.
As it is a remix, you could mix it up.
Sorry to be so harsh, but i know how hard it is, as im not that good either.
I wont zerobomb you, but i wont 5 either.

NubbyCakums responds:

Ummm thanks, I'm glad i don't "fail" with notes.

As for the piano, yeah, I just used FL Keys and tweaked the plain piano preset, but I don't know of any other piano plug-ins.

And yes, I know i need to make it a "remix" right now it basically just structure for an actual remix in the future.

Also, your not being harsh at all. Your just leaving an honest review.

Honestly, the beginning was rather slow, maybe you should just jump into the beat, rather than starting with the classical.
I think the mixing/mastering can be improved a bit, seems like instruments are fighting for volume, some ducking behind to let another sound.
Still, the song itself is great, A bit simple, but rather beaty.
Great job.

NubbyCakums responds:

I tried that at first, but it was just sporadic. I wanted the slow intro for a better transition.

Mastering, I'm still pretty bad at, so I really do need to work on it.

But I'll keep working on it.
