This is a short and very simple orchestral piece that I created about two years ago. It was my first rather serious orchestral attempt ever. I just wanted to create something epic and got a little inspired by Call of Duty 2. The piece ended up as background music in my own (yet to be finished) freeware game titled Christmas Hummel X.

Very strong sounding but it laced a bit of structure with what i assume to be the horns. This would be good for a trailer for a movie if that is what your going for then good job. If not i suggest adding something like more rhythms and maybe some softer instruments like a violin but keep them strong and loud.

Yeah, you're right. But well, this was like my first attempt at creating something orchestral and it was done in less than three hours. My newer orchestral stuff is definitely more complex. Thanks for the review!
This piece is really one of the most epic songs I've EVER heard. The lines are perfect, the rhythm just makes me sweeping a little bit :D and I love this section when the tune goes up sooo much! It's just beautiful and not only leaves the possibility to hear some military stuff in it! Well done, dude.

I liked the whole thing... it makes me think of some dramatic chase or fight that's happening at night on the snow covered roof tops (cus thats where all chase scenes should be :B) Being only JUST out of reach of the antagonist every step of the way...
a Kid Chasing down SantaClause maybe looking at what your game title is :P love it~

Nice. This is the first interpretation of this track that I heard of, which did not imply a military theme. ;)
And well, in my game you're a bumble-bee on a suicidal mission to the great Christmas tree, evading the heavy artillery of Santa's elves. There's armed jeeps chasing you, AA guns and this kind of stuff. But your idea is actually very inspiring. Would be great material for a flash movie. :D

Yeah, it is indeed pretty short and I had actually thought about expanding it but I concentrated on other pieces instead. Currently I'm not planning to work on it but who knows, maybe I will do so some day.
