A good beginning

Before I begin, you had 1.608 seconds of silence (precise estimate ;)) at the onset of the mp3. Authors who would want to use the track for their flash submission would have trouble syncing the audio with that kind of a gap.

Now to the review,
The track starts off good enough with a good soft synth... (at about 7 seconds... right before the guitar comes in... i swear I could hear a guitar being turned on or being plugged in) - Then the guitar comes in.

The guitar sounds like you have a simple distortion on it. Makes it sound generic. You can also hear the squelches of hand movement. You need to adjust the cutoff of the distortion to minimize that sound; and you need to brush up your chops on the guitar too - make cleaner quicker strokes.

The backing synth (is it synth? because it could also be guitar with a delay on it) that comes in at 32 seconds, however, is... wow. I really enjoyed that. It's the best part of the track.

Finally, the drum work... All you have is a steady kick. It sounds so... metronome. You need to beef up the drum loops.

All in all, you can really improve this track, but it's good in the form it's in now.
