Hey NG! Sup! Long time no see!?
It has been a LONG and GREAT summer and I have had a fantastic time, but it is over for me now (aww) and so I've decided to pick up my composing again. The only reason I stopped was because I just wanted to relax this summer, no unnecessary things to do etc. Also, I feel that composing music ties in really well with school, it helps keep the stress levels down and makes me feel happy when I finish a song.
Anyway enough ranting about..summers..n shit..beware I am in a typing mood.
This is a classical song, it is very slow and does not follow a strict tempo in some places, purely to add to the feeling of being "lost in thought". I use sharp contrasts and good sounds to intrigue the listener (as much as I can) and interest them.
I used my Roland Juno-Di for EVERYTHING in this song. For those of you that aren't regular listeners to my music, which is probably 99.99% of the people reading this, I use hardware synthesizers to create my music, and I record with Audacity, unlike most other users who use a more sophisticated DAW to create their music. Everything you hear was played by me. The piano was all in one go, then I added the strings and extra sounds on top.
This song did NOT take long to make. I was very surprised at myself. I came up with this song idea yesterday, and today it has taken me 2 hours, to bring you my latest creation, Lost In Thought.

Anyway since it's a review; This is an amazing piece that really does go with a title. I can't believe it took so little time to make (as you said in your user comment) I like the middle section. It really ties in with the piece and still keeps the overall feel. Its great :)

Is it wrong that this would fit right into a Jean_Claude Vandame 90's Movie, especially when you hear the synth dropping and rising with the pitch bend.
