Original: Black Wings Project - Are U Ready

OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID THIS. This is wayyy above my standard. That lead is just too good. Maybe it's just the sidechaining but this sounds so awesome. Yeah I'm sounding a bit stuck-up but I actually love this. The finished version will definitely be my audition for NGADM. This is a WIP so that means I'll be needing tips n stuff xD. If you don't like buildups, the intro starts at 1:00 (exactly 1:00:00 O_o) Reuploaded because of a small change.

oh dear god.

PLEASE PM me when this is finished! I must have it! *fangirl* <3

I like it a lot, as you can probably tell. The intro was a tad long, but not unenjoyable... at some point I'll be gutsy enough to try my own hand at music, and I'm hoping mine'll turn at as good as yours!

My ears are practically salivating for more. o.O uhm, is that normal?

Heh the finished one is already up, but IMO I find that it's not as good as this teaser :S Maybe I'll take another look into it one day, thanks for the review :)

I think I am

-I could be wrong but I think I am ready to review this after listening to this fine musical piece your working on. The introduction is a rather long enduring process but by no means a boring process. You may have to trim some of that off in the final cut of this song though.

-It's a very generic house introduction. It wouldn't do well to leave your listeners in a state of waiting for too long. It is rather odd that the main transitional phase in the song is that well rounded. Nice effect used to make a "hush" sound. But it's where everything gets really interesting and more fleshed out. Curious to see how this ends up.

DjAbbic responds:

Ha, thanks for the review. The generic intro wasn't too long that listeners would just leave, but that's my opinion, so I kept it in. It's always important that you like what you make. I guess this preview sounds so much more exciting compared to the final because it's always hard to come up with ideas on what you can add.

I loved this!!

You say this is a work in progress? Then I won't rate this as if it was the final song.
But, Oh my God, this was nicely done. Epic beats, sounds and bits. All of them mixed perfectly in a nice rhythm that turned into this.
I loved how you changed the frequency of the song at 1:00 and then returned it to normal at 1:20, I love that in House style songs. At 1:30 is just pure awesomeness, that was my favorite part of the submission. Epic rhythm you made there.
As you already noticed, I didn't find any flaws in this. I guess it's because House is one of my favorite music genres.
Conclusion: Congratulations, man. You're doing an awesome job so far! Keep it up ;D
