dig'n it

Haven't talked to you in a while! Nice track. I love quirky stuff like this, and the melodies were beautiful. Keep it roll'n

yep

good job,
nice clean beat and nice melodies.
i have a couple of things to reply to the last review. 1stly, i think if there is a change or break that you might normally expect to hear, this is a GOOD thing always. 2ndly, glitches in the background is what its all about:)

Spiffy clean

The beginning was kind of weird. It started out allright with a strange tune going on on the hi-hat, and then some floaty melody. But then everything just halts itself at the synth taht comes on, there was no meld, like it turned into a completly different song.

Overall, I liked it, but it seemed a little bland because there wasn't any bass that played independant. I think. I think also that you could have added some more effects on some of the backing instruments to add some space, like what you did to everything around the end. That glitchy sound that you had going in the background didn't seem to fit very well, but it did help the silence and compliment the beat. I would liked to have heard some more variety in the drums.

Pavo-Miskic responds:

Oh that halt, just a arrangment decision, I know it's not good to do a build up, and then start again from the bottom with another build up but it did sound nice to me :D

I also suck very bad at bass, never have the right sample, never can make up a good line, so if I can't do one I just leave it out, rather than than annoy the hell out of someone with a crap bass :D

Also, I don't think of it as a glitchy sound, I just said "How about I try some of these there Commador 64 samples?" and they fit in well with me, but I see how they can cause problems for others.

Also, there was some good drum variety, I forgot if I did a 1,2,1,3 drum beat or a 1,2,3,4 but there was enough variety so that I never heard any complaints from anyone but you, rather please most people than one (sorry)

Thanks for taking the time on that review

Damn fine job

Great job on this - I'm not sure that it fits very well under techno - but then I'm not really a techno guy so what do I know right?

very light and airy in places - good timbres all around.

All around though I'd say you did an extremely good job on this track - I'm voting 5

take it easy...

Pavo-Miskic responds:

Doesn't fit well under techno, but it is mostly electronic and there's no chill section so here it tis!

Thank yee kind sir
