5LineRecords is really making a name for itself here on NG. Congrats on getting signed.
As for the song, the birds kind of fit, but they don't sound right either. I think just bring them down a touch, give the noticing listeners a bit of a challenge :P. All I can really say is maybe look into the snare a bit. I don't think it fits in too well. Lookin' good so far though. Good luck finishing it :).
yeah I know I've already changed the pitch sounds. less consistant as well. as for the snare I was either thinking of lowering the volume or just changing it. I've changed the melody as well. still in process of being finished though. thanks for the review though. and thanks for the luck xD
Nice work, alot of frequencies are where they should be, and the synth/percussion mix is perfeect.
I'd write a longer review but I can't do anything on this shitty computer.
ah that sucks. thanks for the review though.
It's really pretty and soothing, and I enjoy listening to it. And that's what really matters, not how fancy or complex it is. Nice job
haha thanks, my songs are usually complex with automations, linked channels and layering but I go for keeping it simple so it's not crowded and mushed together. Easier to master in the end too.
A bit repetitive...
The song has a nice melody after the 1 minute mark, but before that, its really repetitive and gets boring by the 30 second mark. If you mixed it up a little, and made it a bit more interesting, it would sound better. As for the birds, I think they're a nice touch to the song. They're not overpowering yet are a good addition to the song. Good luck. 4/5 7/10
thanks for the review. As for the receptiveness, its best this way so far. If too much changes within a short period of time it would take the feeling out of Progressive trance/progressive house and or start to become overcrowded. I might spice it up with some more FX to keep it more interesting though. Thanks for the feed back.
This is a nicely done loop, spending hours on it definitely added to it. As for the bird chips, if you don't tell me they are there, I'm not sure I would have noticed it.
It's a nice addition if you can hear it it shows that you really pay attention to the song.
Hey thanks for the review. and a good review indeed. thanks for the feedback.
