Cover of Amazing Grace by John Newton.

Made for my father, Gordon Sorber's upcoming funeral.

Obviously I wrote an original piece aswell, but since he was a full blooded American, I felt this one should be included. Tradition and all that.

Here's to you, dad.

truely powerful. i have the highest respect for you. i pray that you will stay strong. i'll be here if you need to cry.

If I were your father, I would be deeply honored.

This piece is a wonderful cover, and an even more wonderful tribute to your late father. Amazing cover, and I wish your father a peaceful rest. I'm sure he would be very proud to have known you and loved you during his life time.

Truth be told, this cover almost makes me cry. Being able to dedicate something so wonderfully done to a deceased loved one is a truly remarkable thing to do... I wish I could have done the same for my late uncle.

Beautifully executed, this cover is. If you feel proud of yourself because of this, that pride is rightfully placed, because it truly is something to be proud of.

Great classical piece, normally I dont listen to dis, but this deserves a cookie :D
And afro guy below, STFU u dont know what music is, U only think it is pumpin beats and beeps

Your father would surely be proud

In the second part the chords are not right imo, it would've sounded better and really epic if you used D-Major, G-Major, D-Major, A-Major, you know? Maybe you wanna try them and listen.
Maybe it was your intention, too, I don't know.
So anyways, it will surely fit the occassion.

Lashmush responds:

I went mostly by recollection on it and heard that it wasnt truly like the original.

I'll make sure to remember that though. ;D
