Mostly improvised instrumental rock/metal track. This was mostly me testing production techniques and trying to get my music to sound professional. So basically any advice would be appreciated.

I recorded all of the guitars and bass myself. The drums are ezdrummer dfh. Sequenced and mixed in logic pro 9.

EDIT: changed it slightly, put more distortion on rhythm and doubled/panned the track

it was okay
not too bad for improv, but I think some of it was a little too basic for my liking. You have some talent that could definitely shine, but I feel as far as improv goes you could hone those talents a little more. It's not a difficult task once you get down to even the basics of music theory.

The guitars and drums are great. This song would be perfect if you fix the noise gate. It sounds as though the guitars are too loud for the drums.

maybe its the drums, but it makes my head feel whack.

i like the instrumentation, maybe distortions between the repetitive parts would smooth it out, and possibly a little more volume from the drums, but this is very traditional through and through for a great rock track
