Well, this is a instrumental metal song inspired by the life of the infamous pirate L'olonnais, a truly bastard one.

Kick ass!

Love your work dude.

As the other song, could have a better recording, but the idea is brilliant!

This is really good dude.

I don't care about recording quality, I can hear the brilliant work put into writing this and I can definitely say this deserves a 10. Hands down.

Mosh on!

RoyalRave responds:

Wow! Thank you very much dude!

Work on those technical issues. I'd re-record the parts and break them up in FL Studio or LMMS (Linux Multimedia Studio, also for windows, free alternative to FLS), then put the song together in chunks. Or record the whole thing and adjust filters and volume in either of those programs. Your sound is tight and I would love to use this for projects if it was a higher quality recording.

RoyalRave responds:

Thanks man. The recording quality is because my old computer could not separate tracks for each instrument (the internal routing was a fucking hell) and we had to record everything on a single track, beeing easy to crackle even with low volumes.

I've got a new computer, so I hope that when we can record again, this gets better.

Thanks for the review!

not bad for a first sub!

This is pretty tight, and I like the melody a lot.

However, what made me give you a 7 as opposed to an 8 is that this song suffers from some technical issues, mainly that when things get too loud, it starts to crackle and pop, which is pretty jarring.

It's important to fix this problem early in your musical career!

If you use FL Studio, this can be solved by turning down the main volume, or turning down the volumes of the various channels causing the cracking. Filter effects are important too.

If you're not using FL, than the above still generally applies, but obviously with the terminology of the program you are using.

You're off to a good start- keep up the good work!

RoyalRave responds:

Yeah man, you're right, the recording is far to be perfect, but we don´t have any idea of recording at all, the recording was raw (no compression or anything similar) and we did a mess with the volume.
