Definitely need more originals in my arsenal. This one was made after I was inspired in the ring. I wanted to make something that channels out what I feel in the ring into a musical track, the mood being that I’m ready to go to war. Much like the Vikings. I pictured domination, just taking over. It’s the feel that I was trying to go for. It required heavier drums and a booming bass. The melody just kinda came together when listening to the chords in a loop. It took some clever maneuvering as far as transitions went. I really tried to smooth things over as much as I could to make it all flow perfectly. I also tried to add more of the feel I got from a Sonic Spinball remix I made previously with the drums. It wasn’t popular, no originals really are on Newgrounds. But it’s definitely one of my best as far as originals go.

Of three vikings jumping around like retards instead of doing anything productive. Well, productive to them anyway (I.E. destroying/killing/maiming). Then again I'd be one of those idiotic vikings flopping around. This music fits a scene like that perfectly xD. Now if you'll excuse me.. *ehem* I'LL SEE YOU IN VALHALLA--(falls off of a cliff)

I've gotta say, I can't believe I didn't hear about you sooner! I don't very often listen to remixes now (They are usually pretty similar, so it's like a once you here one, you've heard them all kinda moment lol), but some of yours... are actually amazing! They are very unique and it's not anything I've heard before! Now onto the originals lol. Your originals (more so recent originals lol) have some insanely great beats to them. I could listen to them all day! lol. I could actually see some of your music being used in a flash game or animation some day (especially this song, seems perfect for an animation lol)! I hope to hear some more of your music, and I also hope that you can keep up the good work! :D
P.S: I'm just curious, but how do you make your music so great anyway lol? You don't have to answer the question if you don't feel like it, I'm just really curious :p.

When I was a kid, shortly after my 8th birthday my father signed me up for piano lessons. I was interested in the jazz genre. Jazz is pretty interesting, it's usually whatever comes to mind that makes sense in unison with the chords. It's the same thing with techno I've observed. It's like writing a poem of sorts. As for remixes, I keep the chords and improvise. The stuff I learned about jazz really helps.

Not sure about the viking thing you try to shoot for... but when I hear the phrase "Valley of Kings" I think of Egypt. Doesn't sound like a lazy job, but your "focused" worked are astounding in comparison. 5/5
