You've got some really good ideas for melodies, you just don't really know how to apply them yet.
The intro was pretty generic, and so was the drum beat. Add in some variation. Take a drum loop and slice it up, then add it to the mix. It'll sound a lot better.
There weren't any real break downs or build ups throughout the song, either. You can't have the whole song just consist of a kick, hi hats, a clap, and then the bass and the melody. You have to have variation.
Now, after the intro and it got to the real melody, I started to like it. The melody in this song is really cool IMO, but you drug it out for too long. You should have just cut the melody after 8 bars and had it repeat. I also liked that extra high synth you had as the main melody was going, it was pretty nice.
Overall, this isn't so bad for a beginner song. You've got good melodies, you just have to learn how to put them in a nice song that doesn't get boring and not string them out.
I hope this review helps and doesn't sound like a bunch of rambling lol.
